HELGI WAREHOUSES are located in an excellent location - Mõigu Tehnopark - on the logistical "thrust" at the border of Tartu highway and Tallinn city.

When designing the building, all important construction criteria and requirements have been taken into account, which ensure a correct construction process and the completion of a high-quality building with well-thought-out solutions.
In the building complex is 29 storage boxes (size 28 m2 ... 230 m2) ja 11 büroopinda ( suurusega 20 m2…45 m2) with a total area of approx. 2900 m2.
Office spaces and some warehouses can be connected to each other.

Electrical supply – each booth has its own electrical panel and meter, electric power in the booths 16A…32A depending on the size of the booth.Ceiling heights in warehouses – laopindade kõrgused H=6,0 m (laod pindalaga üle 40 m2) või H=3,5 m (laod pindalaga alla 40 m2).Internet – igas boksis on wifi-ruuter , hoonesse tuleb Telia valguskaabel.
Parking – kinnistul on 36 parkimiskohta, nendest 6 on elektriautode laadimiseks, parkimine vabadel kohtadel.
