When designing the building, all important construction criteria and requirements have been taken into account, which ensure a correct construction process and the completion of a high-quality building with well-thought-out solutions.
In the building complex is 29 laoboksi (suurusega 28 m2 … 230 m2) ja 11 büroopinda ( suurusega 20 m2…45 m2) with a total area of approx. 2900 m2.
Office spaces and some warehouses can be connected to each other.
Our building is characterized by:

Passages – entry to the building is guaranteed 24/7, uste lukustussüsteem on programmeritavate “tablettidega” ja on avatavad distantsilt läbi fonosüsteemi.
Valve, turvalisus – all warehouse and office rooms are equipped with alarm systems. There is in every booth internal camera + the property has surveillance cameras in the building's parking lot and perimeter. The territory is video-monitored, limited by a barrier and a modular fence H=1.5 m.
Heat – resolved gas heating and air-water heat pump based (own gas boiler). Laobokside küte on lahendatud reguleeritavate soojavee kalorifeeridega, büroodes radiaatoritega.
Ventilation – ventilation with heat recovery in all rooms.
Electrical supply – igal boksil on oma elektrikilp ja -mõõdik, elektrivõimsus boksides 16A…32A sõltuvalt boksi suurusest.
Ceiling heights in warehouses – laopindade kõrgused H=6,0 m (laod pindalaga üle 40 m2) või H=3,5 m (laod pindalaga alla 40 m2).
Internet – igas boksis on wifi-ruuter , hoonesse tuleb Telia valguskaabel.
Parking – kinnistul on 36 parkimiskohta, nendest 6 on elektriautode laadimiseks, parkimine vabadel kohtadel.
